I got a set of '19 AT4 seats for my '20 Elevation cloth truck. I paid $575 for the full set. The AT4 driver front seat is missing the driver memory control module. To do the full swap I would need to purchase the memory module, the bypass harness from harnessdr, and the passenger manual to power harness from harnessdr (total around $375). Thinking about purchasing the harness for the passenger manual to power harness ($77) and then attempt to swap the leather AT4 OEM cover over to my original driver seat. My question is has anyone removed the cloth OEM covers and replaced them with leather OEM covers? Is it possible? Any big difference in the actual seat foam etc? Thanks!!

Like Dan said. It's a major PITA. Plan on it taking 2 days. You basically clip all the hog rings and remove the original. That's not too bad. Then you have to go back and rehog tie the new one and it takes forever.

I would look around for some reupholsters/installers. They can knock it out in half a day

First, you got a good deal on those seats for that price.

Second, agree with the others, Just swap the entire seats. I've repaired and recovered seats before, it's a long and laborious process.

I took the cloth off my seats on my 2020 chevy silverado and installed leather seat covers by roadwire.  It was a pain in the a$$ but most of the pain was from trying to salvage the cloth only to sell them a year or 2 later for $100.

Steal on the seats. I’ll Wish my truck had a bench sometimes instead. Would Be a nice option
