2020 8 speed Filter

Hello I have a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 8 speed rear wheel drive.I looked on the GM website for a transmission filter but it is showing 2 different versions.Which 1 should I buy?

Only one fits it.  24295812.

Does anyone know a good place that I can order the gasket and filter ?

I noticed on the GM website they are out of stock for the filter.

So I just ordered a Filter from Rockauto GM GENUINE 24295812. 

Is this the correct filter?

It says

 OEM / Interchange Numbers: 24268875, TF922

Use your VIN on the GM parts site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The 24295812 supersedes to a newer number, 24274402.

 

As for the pan gasket, it is reusable unless its damaged or leaking.  Just wipe it with a lint free cloth and reuse it.  I did on mine, no leaks.  

 

What you need to do on the GM parts site is use your VIN.  If I use a VIN for a 5.3 and 8 speed 2020 it only comes up with one filter applicable, the 24274402 which should be the superseding # to 24295812.  Not all 3 filters without the VIN.  Everyone always wonders or complains when a dealer wants the VIN to look up parts, and this is a prime example.  It will narrow down to applicable items quicker.
