Panel below bumper on 06 GMC

I have a 06 GMC 2500HD, I hit the panel that is just below the bumper and did a job on it. Who makes good panels, Thanks

Its  the panel directly below front bumper .

I'm going to assume you are asking about the black plastic Air Dam bolted to the bottom of the bumper?  You should be able to buy a replacement on-line.  On my 2012 GMC it was a two-piece air dam with one stacked below the other, I damaged the lower one the first week I owned the truck and just removed it and never looked back.
