Replacing Radiator Hoses

I am going to drain and flush my coolant, and while I was doing it figured I would replace the t-stat, and upper and lower hoses. I looked at it last night and noticed that there was also a hose coming from the surge tank down to the engine and then 2 other hoses (heater hoses I am guessing) traveling back and thru the firewall.

should all 5 of these hoses be replaced?

or should i just do the upper and lower rad hoses?

I would just give them a good once over. Look for cracks, frays, and the tube loosing its shape (bowing outward)
