Hey Yall. New here to the Compact/Medium Forum. Just bought a new 2004 Trail Blazer LS 2WD with the vortec 4200 six cylinder 4 speed auto. Was wondering what kind of problems (if any) that anyone has had with the Trail Blazers ( Engine, Body, Suspension, ect.). Also the LS models do not come with any fog lights and I was wondering if I can add some to the holes and if there is a wireing harness their or not. Any Ideas?? Thanks

That 4.2 ia a good engine and a wise choice and should do in the low 20's on highway after you get 5 or 10,000 miles on it. I would suggest that you do not use manufactures guidelines for servicing and change oil every 3000 to 3500 miles and give it its first change under 1000 miles.
