No brake lights

Anyone ever replace the brake light switch in their truck? Just found out (not the hard way, fortuntely) that I have no brake lights, but the running lights/signals/etc all work fine. Fuses are all good, so I guess it's the switch. Looks like the switch is above the steering shaft...anyone ever had this go on them? Is it a b*tch to replace?

follow your brake pedel up intell you find the switch. you can miss it

all you have to do is remove the retainer clip, undo harness, and then pop it off the push rod that goes to the master cylinder

They are a booger to get adjusted right, my Dads truck is always messed up...
