AC System Smell

The Chevorlet deal did 50K service on my 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali with 48k miles.

The AC system blows a chemical smell on start up for 2 minutes. I took it back and they said they had put in something to kill mold and they put in a de-odorizer. They put in more de-orderizer.

The smell is still there but has lessened.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
