Good Dealer Experience

Well i dropped my truck off to have the drivers side door and an exhaust leak fixed. i didn't think they were gonna warranty the exhaust becasue of my magnaflow, and i had a really bad creak on hard acceleration. they had the truck done in less than 6 hours, Including fixing the exhaust and replacing my passenger side motor mount since it was busted.

So i went in to pick up my truck and they pulled it out of the back and as they pulled it into the service drive the bumper was HANGING OFF. my service writer was standing next to me and immediatley went and got the service manager. the service manager before i said anything had comped my rental car for the day that i had it, promised to have it fixed as soon as possible and got me a free rental truck off the lot and said they would pay for the gas while they were fixing mine. i got it back 2 days later with a laundry list of new parts: Bumper, lower valence, Both fog lights, brackets, a full tank of gas, and a list of other parts.

So i am giving the thumbs up to Ernie Guzman Pontiac GMC in Houston Texas for jumping to fix the problem as soon as it was brought to there attention

Just curious what did they hit with the front of your truck? Did you receive any explaination?

I did recieve an explanation, the porter hit the side of the car wash before he brought it out and didnt realize it did any damage

Good dealer experience?

I would be a lot happier if they did not damage my truck in the first place.

That porter must have been a really sharp dude to hit something hard enough to take out the bumper and not think he did any damage. Obviously he didn't get out of the vehicle to check. Must have had the radio  blaring really loud.

Have had similar incidents with 2 different vehicles, my 2003 Suburban and my daughter's 2005 Pontiac. Both ended the same way. Great dealers and customer service.

My truck was in and when I came to pick it up there was a scratch on the rt front fender. All I said was "Oh, No" my service writer heard me and came right over. I showed it to him and he, without hesitation said, "let me know when it is convienant for you to bring it in and pick up a loaner." No hassles. I hightly recommend this dealer.

My daughter's Pontiac, was in for some warenty items at the Pontiac dealer. They called when the work was done and said "We have good news and some bad news about your vehicle. The warenty work has been completed but, when the valet was running the car through the was, he hit the passenger side mirror and broke it off. We will have the parts in tomorrow and will call when complete" Again no hassles or problems. I hightly recommend this dealer.
