2001 Tahoe Turn Signals

I'm having a problem with the right hand side front and back turn signals. The dash shows them as blinking but on the outside they are non functional...bulbs are ok and flasher to. Any thoughts??

multifuntion switch

[NYRESCUE]

I tryed to locate the fuse but was unable to find...Also the mulitfunction switch I'm assuming is the actual lever and this was replaced 2 months ago.

This is from my '04, yours could be slightly different (but I doubt it - look it up in your owner's manual...).
