you all know that some people actualy i think all of us have these little squars under our user names that are blue and looks like the more you have the better or more post you have done it this true just curious what are they for?

can i trade them in or use them after i get so many of them for a dyson vacum cleaner or something...

vacume (spelling)

You are correct... The more blocks you have is directly related to the number of posts you have made.

I think (such as in your case) you became a "senior enthusiast" when you broke the 100 post mark! These names also change as you make more posts.

so what is it every 100 it goes up? or how many to the next point. just curios i saw multiple ones on others names and figured i had to ask

The administrators set up the member title (a name or a phrase) that changes as you meet the number of posts it will switch on. Say, your 'Senior Enthusiast' title (set by administrator) changes to 'Extreme Enthusiast' (just an example.) at 500 (set by administrator) hundred posts. That is the way it this specific Board system works. I know this because I have been administrators on all kinds of forums before, all that were Invisionfree or Invision Power Board.

I think that for some of us it would be more appropriate to have the following titles as our post count increases:

junior complainer

complainer

senior complainer

elite complainer

hopeless whiner

real PITA

So, on a similiar topic, on my own posts, I see at the bottom left:

Warn (0%)

What's that all about?

Moderators are able to "warn" a user, and if it gets to high you are suspended from the board, or banned if that is the settings.

Thanks. Since I'm at 0%, that must mean I've been good. ;)

Moderators of Administrators have the ability to Warn members. Meaning that if you pick a verbal fight with some one (most common thing on message boards), a Mod or Admin can jump in and Warn you and/or the other member. If modified right, when the Warn is at maximum, you will be suspended or the Administrator has the ability to suspend you or take away your posting privileges.

Just like driving, posting messages is a privilege, not a right. Abuse that privilege and you will lose it.

EDIT: Darn, I took too long to type.

Thankfully compared to other places I've been, we've got a really good group of folks here, so the warning hasn't been too often for me at least. Those who pass on their knowledge, it's appreciated. Those who are here to learn, welcome.
