:fume: I have usually gotten by with a Chilton's manual, but they don't have them all. I bought a Haynes manual for my Safari trans swap and wish I hadn't bothered. Very few torque specs were available. I have called my local dealer and they were less than helpful. Tell us where you have found these specs from a reliable source you are willing to share! Let us know if there was a cost involved too.

Manufacturer service manuals. That's where my info comes from

If you go to your dealer in person, you're more likely to get the info you need

I've always found more detailed information in Mitchell manuals than I ever saw in a Chilton. Manufacturer service manuals are the best.
