Finally Lifted!

Looks great! All these lifted trucks on here are making it really difficult to keep the Denali at stock height. I told myself when I bought this truck I was going keep my hands off the suspension. I swear at this rate the Denali will be seeing an altitude adjustment by the end of the summer!

I said the same thing! That's why I did a body lift..... Didn't touch the suspension , wink wink

Looks GREAT as is, but would be perfect with a set of 305s. I'd just drove this set until they're gone, it's not like they look tiny or anything. :seeya:

I tell myself thats what I'll do...kep the 285's until they are completely done. Truth is, I've already got a couple of people back home (all of which whom are anxiously awaiting for me to get home this weekend so they can see the truck) that have 17inchers and want my current tires. If I can get more than half of what I put into them cost wise, its hard to not justify going up to 305. Well, except that the Cooper STTs are only made in 295 and 35" in the 17 size, so there's my one decision. So basically, do I wanna spend another 3 to 4 hundred bucks (after selling my current rubber) to go one size up. I'll have to look into it more this weekend (I'm currently cross country on business). For the few hours I had it on Tuesday before I left, the 33's almost looked just right to me.

I'm currently away from home on business. I only had the truck back for a few hours and about 60miles on Tuesday, and won't be home with it again until this weekend. After I put it though it's paces this weekend, I'll report back on ride quality and mpg changes. From what I can tell thusfar on moutain roads, the Rancho suspension with the shocks set on mid-level 5 (out of 1 through 10) is even better / more predictable / just like it should be compared to the stock Tennicos.

Man, I LOVE your truck. The color, the rack, the stock wheels, and now the lift. It really came out great. Congrats man! I also agree, the 33's look good on it.
