Line-x Extra

After a bunch of pondering from and asthetic standpoint, I decided to do this. Not the same ol' same ol' and adds some contrast. I am a bit worried about the durability, but at this juncture at least it looks great, IMO. That is except where I got "tagged" with their logo

Whatta y'all think?

Looks good, and I think the color contrast looks good, so you're not 100% blacked out. Your line-X tag is different than mine is. Where they put mine it's hidden by the CMS, so you don't even know it's there unless you look for it.

I really like the contrast in colors, but that is on big ass Line-X logo.

Looks Great! I wouldn't be concerned with the durability, there pretty tough, and stand up well to the elements. Mine is 2 years old, sits outside and hasn't really faded al all. Only thing that i have had damage on mine was the carbides on my sled, but im guessin in florida your not haulin a sled much haha.

Looks good!

How did they line-x the bottom of the tail-gate ? Can you post a picture?

On mine, they left a gab and now it's starting to peel from sliding things in/out of the bed.

Thanks yooze guys!

Pwall- no pic handy. They did "roll" the line-x down (on an open gate) so that there is a rounded edge facing forward, if that makes sense, and also sprayed about 1.5-2" down the back of the beds end towards the bumper. Actually, they applied so much material there that ther is a bit of interferance between the bottom of the gate and back of the bed when shutting the gate.

And I did have another minor problem. There was a fine overspray on top of paint dust over most of the cab only- bed was fine. It came off easily with a cleaner wax, probably as it was already in a well waxed state to begin with, but they could have draped/masked better IMO.

That looks nice on my line-x the dealer did not embed a line-x tag they basically glued the tag to the bed by the tie down attachment in my bed. It looks kinda tacky in my opinion, at least the way they put my tag on. That is a nice contrast though from the black in my opinion.

How much more was getting it done with color?

$195 on top of $450.

Kinda spendy, but WTF, I won't go out to eat dinner 4X and make the "extra" extra back up.

looks great. I had to look hard for the tag. That is kidna lame how they did that. With the tag they put on my truck, its one of those small plastic things. I am going to take it off and keep it in my glove box. Afterall they are not paying me to advertise for them.
