92 was the first year for the 4L60e in trucks, so I'd say yes? I'd think you'd need some kind of Trans programming though. I'm sure there are minor differences.

Nope...going from two wheel drive to four wheel drive there would be no provision for the transfer case....sorry

You can remove the tail shaft and replace it with a 4x4 one... they are the same trans almost.

Recap... He wants to put a 2wd trans into a 4wd. You remove the tail piece and replace the shaft. I've seen it done. :rolleyes:

 

Maybe it was done on a 700r4 trans but they are basically the same minus electronics.

Actually, it is just spam. Five total posts - covering an the two I looked at were essentially the same, with a link to a place selling parts in his sig. Hasn't been back. '86, 99, 94, 2000 model years.
