03 Silverado Ss W/ 24s

I thought there might have been a "pinned" wheel/tire combo thread going around like the lifted/lowered ones but I haven't found one so here's my thread. I know some of the purists are already cringing at the thought of 24" wagon wheels on a "performance" truck and I respect your opinion so I hope we can still be friends

 

These are the best set I have with my rims on, but not all mods in the sig

I agree, those 24's don't look that bad! Do the bigger rims kill the performance any? Will she still get up and go?

SS's look good, period, but I like the factory SS wheels much better, but the tinted tails look sick.

Thanks man, I know they're a few inches bigger than most can handle but my girlfriend says the same thing so I guess that's life I wouldn't say it KILLS the performance but its a definitely notable difference especially right when I first put had em put on. She still shits-n-gets but when I swap em out for the stockers during the winter she really shits-n-gets I bet if I threw some W/T 16s on in the off-season I would notice a similar difference over my stock wheels which aren't exactly light either

yeah the rims are not too bad for what they are, and it is an SS so its obviously not an offroad vehicle. the back of the truck looks sick. and it looks waayyyyy better with the clear corner lights.

 

 

only thing i wouldnt of done is paint the bowtie on the front, on the SS's its one case where i wouldnt paint the bowtie.

I have 17" steelies for the winter.... 20" factory spring/fall.... and 24's for summer.

You're not lying, with 3 different sets you get the full spectrum. nice ride man love to see those XD series in their larger form
