Washed The Old Truck...

Finally some nice weather to wash the truck and take some pictures before the cold New England winter moves in. Pretty happy I kept the truck, although a Duramax would be nice, I just can't afford the service they require as well as their price tag. I like the comforts of the LT3 and the Dmax with that is a lot of money. This tows the horses just fine and rides nice for a daily driver. Let me know what you guys think.

She still cleans up very nice! Good job on the pics too. In a lot of ways, I like that BS better than the new ones. A guy was outside my house today with a Duramax to pick something up from a neighbor. He idled out there a long time and that thing was LOUD. Don't regret your decision.

I cant stand when someone sits there forever with a diesel running. Nice looking truck. Where from New England are you from. I'm in NH.

Thanks guys. I'm from Western Mass. I'm going to be wire brushing the frame and painting that within the next couple of weeks.

Nice looking truck

Still needs some work but I love the color. I think it looks great, esp after a nice wax. I haven't done the fall treatment of Zanio yet though. That will be soon enough.

Thanks...I recently did the bottum of the doors with the Eastwood rust inhibitor paint. I had some rust on the bottum of the door where the skins are pinched. Hopefully this will slow it down some. Is there any good place to get touch up paint other then the dealership?
