Front Shocks

Well I just rotated my tires and looked at the front suspension very close AND

Coil over shock my A??. That sure looks suspiciously like a mcpherson strut to me,

although a much smaller one.

Here we go with the spring compressors, seats,bushings,insulators and mounts again, all to

just change out a shock...Argggg I hate those things.

I thought I got away from them by not buying a car. Oh well at least I have all of the tools,

equipment and experience.

Just to add insult to injury, GM extended warranty covers struts but NOT shocks and they call the front coil-overs shocks. I thought the same thing....looks pretty much like a strut. I guess any reason to deny coverage
