My New Running Boards

Recommended Posts

I got my new running boards. I bought the GM brand since I liked having the 4 support points. It took me about 2 hours to put them on. I had broken my back a few years ago so I am a little slow working on my back under the truck. If I would have had a lift like the dealers, it would have taken maybe an hour. I could not believe the dealer wanted $230.00 to install them considering how easy they are to install.

I am now considering mud flaps. I like staying with GM parts and haven't decided what to get yet.

Here are some pics of the truck with the new boards.

How much were they?

I hate to say this, but I got them for the dealers, salesmans price, so I paid $585.00. I should have bought them from GMpartsdirect and saved some money. So you live and learn.
