Since the middle 90's GM PCM's are flash proms and there are not replaceable chips so i guess the answer is no.

There are several things on that first page which are not *entirely* true(referring to the bullets at the bottom of the page Example: all OEMs must be very close to stoiciometric air/fuel ratio for their 3-way catalytic converter to work correctly so why would they advertise their ability to do this as an added benefit and a way to improve efficiency?). Don't pay money for people to do what they are claiming. Get a quality tune from one of the people who specifically work on our trucks and you will be much more satisfied.
