Drove the mower with a side open shoot right up to my truck and blew grass and rocks all over 1/2 the bed, tires and rear cab of my truck. There was at least 1 inch of semi-wet grass covering my mud flap with grass stuck to my truck all over it. I didn't see it till lunch time. I called the owner of the lawn crew and he's going to come over and look at it after 4pm. The guy was nice and said what ever I want, that it was inexcusable. He's going to stop by around 4pm to discuss options if any at all.

Problem is.. I got 4-5 small chips out of it and a rock scratched the tail light. Its not that noticeable, and the trucks obviously got a few other chips with 50,000 miles but dangnabit I'm mad as hell over it.

What would you ask for if anything at all?

its damaged goods... only option is to trade it in for a 2011 6.2L 3.73 White GMC Sierra. The "white" is key.... you'll never see those mini paint chips again

Well, I had a hard time justifying making him pay... So he offered a free full car wash and I accepted.

But,.. still makes me mad.

You let them off to easy IMO. If the chips are all the way down to metal, I would for sure of had them fix it. I know you take care of your shit and to only accept a car wash for that isn't right.

The folks at work used a trimmer around the spots near where I had parked my 99 a few years back and painted it with grass too. That just made me crazy after spending the time to clean it up nicely.

Don't tempt me... :D I'd actually almost consider it, but I can't find one with the options I want..

And quite frankly, I almost said a case of beer too, but didn't and should have.

That SUCKS! I too would ask for at least a good detail.

As for the paint chips, use a black sharpie to cover them up. Sounds crazy but it works. I'll be able to tell but no one else will.

Damn ignorant people. The jerk neighbor of mine was mowing one day and after that I happen to find a nice rock dent in my front fender and a smaller one in my bedside! I ought to flatten the tires on his damn lawnmower! Sorry to hear about that Steven I hope its not messed up too bad.
