Is there a real problem?

When making a casual stop, they go down as usual, but when I'm almost to a complete stop they, in a fast pace, kick back, and then feels to lose all pressure for a split second(after the kick the loos of pressure seems to happen for a half inch of pedal. This has only happened maybe 3 or 4 times, but as I said it kick and loses pressure for a second at most. ???

I had to make a "emergeny stop" the other day(not ABS, but still quick), and they did fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not effecting overall brake performance. I know these 88-95's had brake issues, is this another bad character trait?

Mine does the same thing at times . But it only does it running about 2 or 3 mph. And not everytime.I've read somewhere that the speed sensors may need to be cleaned. But I haven't taken them out yet. I bought mine used so I don't know when it started. Has done it since I've had it. (5 months) It's the ABS kicking in for sure as I can feel it in the pedal and hear the ABS  motor. Mine doesn't affect the brakes under normal braking only running very slow.
