as far as the black outs go..havent got pulled over for em as of yet..(knock on wood)..nut i have gotten pulled over for the custom blue leds in my cab lights though...cop told em i didnt have to change em since they do look kool just put in a switch to turn em off and on if necessary...thought that was pretty kool of him..has only happened that one time.....
