Replacement For Ds 03 Heated, Auto Dim, Signal Outside Mirror?

I don't really want to pay the $$ for a complete mirror assy from GM to replace the non-functioning Driver Side outside mirror on my '03 Sierra. It has the "puddle light", heat, auto-dim, signals, power fold, etc. I know you can replace just the mirror glass. What is the p/n so I can check pricing on GMPartsDirect?

 

Also, I saw mention of a video that details how to change out just the mirror glass. What is the link to the video?

 

Right now, the auto-dim gel is slowly settling to the bottom of the mirror.

You should look on Ebay, they have good deals on the whole mirror not just the glass. Ive replaced the mirror on my 2007 V-Max and I got the mirror for less than forty dollars.
