Colored Door Handles/mirrors

I want to get red door handles and the top part of my mirrors red on my 09 Sierra. Where do I get the handles and mirror pieces? Can a dealer get them and install them? And how much can I expect to pay?

If I remember correctly the dealer will have to have the caps painted, bu they handles can be ordered painted. I would highly reccomend getting on ebay and the forums and looking for a take off set, it will be much much cheaper. I wouldn't even guess how much they would charge you for everything, but I would guess $400+. You could buy they parts and do it yourself for $150-$200.

What color? They sell them and are about $60-70 for the mirror covers

They don't sell mirror caps in Victory red. You have to get them painted or find a used set.

 

Gmpartsdirect has many other color mirror caps for sale.

I just bought some white handles on eBay for $200 shipped. I have yet to install them, but it looks pretty easy to do yourself. Looks like all you need is a 10mm socket, ratchet, and a 6" extension. Handle Install <---Here is a really good handle install walkthrough from GMFS (I'm new is it blasphemy for me to mention that forum?? )

Just did mine this week. I got the handles from ebay, mirrors from gmpartsdirect.com (Summit White) Ebay will be your best bet for the handles. If memory serves me, there is a red set on there now. I wasn't too hard to install the handles. Once I got past the driver door, it took me less than 10 mins per door after.
