Best Programmer To Buy To Change Tire Size

I have 22's on my 07 gmc nbs and want to buy a programmer to change wheel size to fix my speedo? What is the best one for the money?

Wheel size has nothing to do with the speedometer.

 

Tire size matters... are the new tires taller than stock? If not, you don't need to program anything.

I had factory 17's now i put 22's with a 305/45/r22 and yes the speedo has changed. I checked it with gps and its off by a quite a bit.

Yeah, the tires you put on are about an inch taller than stock.

 

Best tune to get is the Blackbear tune. But if you want a handheld, next best option is the Superchips Cortex.
