I have mine from my 6.2, I am not 100% sure its the same but it looks identitcal to my wifes 2008 Tahoe. Here is a photo.

I have one from my 08 sierra 5.3

 

I know the MAF changed location but Im not sure when. I will let mine go cheap

For those of u wanting to go the poor mans intake route,.. furniture or tubing caps work great with silicone for closing off the resonators.

 

I did this after the stealership replaced a valve cover and the bottom chamber was cracked,....(wonder how that happened), so i ripped it off,..literaly, and sealed the bottom after grinding the hole smooth with a flap disc. I used a 1 1/2" tube cap for the bottom, and going to use the next size down for the top chamber, but on the inside, so it looks stock when the hood is open or in for service.

Great Idea!

 

I cut all the crap off of my intake and sealed off the holes using the existing plastic from the pieces I cut off using 30 min epoxy....Total cost was $1.37 for some 3/8 hose for the valve cover breather hose..
