I have expressed my team in this thread. I like watching SEC conference games because of the heated rivalries. But come the 7th the house will be split. My brother liking Notre Dame and me liking Alabama

I missed this thread until now... I have been an ND fan for years considering Jeff Samardzija comes from the town I work in. We have had some rough years since Quinn, Jeff, and zbikowski but I have to say that with Kelly at the head, eifert at tight end, and teo on D it has been a pretty darn exciting year for Indiana football. The game is scheduled to be the most watched championship game ever with ratings through the roof.

 

College bball is our big deal where I'm from though and old IU is looking pretty stacked. I follow all Indiana schools in all sports though whether it be IU, PU, ND, Butler, ISU, ect. I understand most of you guys that live in the south have football in your blood, up here as a hoosier bball is in ours. I graduated high school in a class that had 52 and our bball season was like watching the movie Hoosiers. There was not a person home on Friday or Saturday night haha. We really did grow up shooting baskets in a barn or out in the driveway all through winter as kids.

NDSU won 23-20 over Georgia Southern Saturday in the semifinals of the FCS playoffs. It sets up a rematch of last years Championship game with Sam Houston State January 5th.

 

Here's hoping for a repeat of last year with another NDSU Championship.

BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

 

NDSU Bison beat Sam Houston State in a rematch of last years game 39-13. The Bisons top rated defense had 4 interceptions and held SHSU 26 points below their seasons average. Next year should be good also as the Bison have only 3 senior starters this year with none at the "skill" positions.

I see NDSU goes down to Manhattan for the opener next year. Is K state losing many players this year? Thank god Kleins a senior, he's amazing.

Arkansas State won the Go Daddy Bowl last night for our first bowl win since the 70s and our first ever defeat of a Top 25 ranked team. Spent the whole weekend down in Mobile with 15,000 other fans and it was awesome!!!
