i got banned permantly from prius chat website cause i called them sissies and i guess you cant be green and drive a full size truck that puts out more emissions than a prius..or anything for that matter....hmmm

Actually it is starting to come out more and more that these hybrid/electric vehicles are actually worse for the environment. I wish I had the latest article from my daily sme.org it had some good statistics on how much fossil fuels it takes to produce these vehicles etc.

 

Also, what did you expect was going to happen when you go on a message board and flame other owners???

This current hybrid scam reminds me of the "environmentalists" of the 1970s who berated everyone who drove large vehicles for being irreverent and disrespectful and wantonly contributing copiously to the smog problem. Their solution, the air-cooled VW Beetle (you know, "the people's car"), turned out to be the dirtiest polluter at the pipe on the road. Go Green, MOFOs!!
