Sounds like a good time!

I used my truck for some heavy hauling today, went and picked up a recliner.

It smelled funny so I hit it with some Lysol and wiped it down. Smells good now.

Missing my truck. I'm on the road this week, at Purdue now in a rental car with a weird smell. I did see a Ferrari 458 today which was neat- such a stunningly beautiful car.

Can you actually see with those LED's while backing up? I have LED's and cant see crap. I have to hold my brake lights to see anything. But they look awesome so I haven't swapped em out yet haha

Basically bought a whole new front end. Now I just got to put it together. 4y9yqahu.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You should put in polyurethane bushings. Night and day difference in handling

Yes I can. My truck is barely lifted. Yours on the other hand...

Any particular brand you've had good luck with? Going to be doing some suspension work this winter, and my factory bushings are looking weathered.

Maybe I could make my own, made a bunch for the Baja SAE car last year.

Right now I'm debating ordering everything and doing a complete front suspension overhaul (-shocks & bearings, already done) which probably isn't needed, vs taking it to the shop and having them do just what's needed.

Do it yourself it is not hard at all. And you can replace everything for the price of them to install a few things.

I used Energy Suspension bushings. Come as a complete kit and perform awesome. Make sure you follow instructions on using the grease it comes with. Buy extra and don't be scared to use it. Just wipe off excess

Someone stole my two 13mm wrenches while I was at lunch. Put a real crimp on how much I could do. I ate at a good Irish pub called 9 Irish Brothers last night, started late this morning because the parking permit office had moved since my last visit and then the wrench thing. Rough start.

Letting mine rest easy in the garage so it won't turn 12k before its second birthday tomorrow...

Finally finished replacing all the wear and tear parts on my front end. Gotta love gm! Everything but the wheel bearings and shocks made it to 316k miles. Now I just gotta grease it up and get an alignment.
