Drivers side mirror wobble (GMT900)

Hey guys, i have a set of DL3 mirrors with signals i got off a guy on GMFS. I installed them and they work great but the drivers side i think is broken, or needs adjusted somehow. When driving around town you can't notice it but when on the highway the wind makes the mirrors (the entire mirror, not just the glass) wobble, or flap. If you are parked and grab the mirror there is excessive wiggle which is not present on the passenger side. Is there a way to fix this? I can't really go back to the seller now, its been several months since i bought them and didnt get around to installing them until recently.

Definately a problem there. The ones on my 08 v-max don't move at all. Are yo usure you installed it properly and everything is tight? I would go over everything again just to make sure.

100% sure they're installed properly. Also just to give more detial, just the mirror part moves, not the whole base that is attached to the door. Its the swivel part (because they are folding mirrors) that is loose and jiggles excessively. The passenger side is good and tight. I was just wondering if there is a fix or if i need a new drivers side mirror?

Ahh. The joint in the arm where it folds. Wonder if the previous owner backed them against a solid object or something.
