Anyone with a 2010 get a letter from GM recently? Throttle Position Se

My dealer told me they were having problems getting just the sleeves-so were changing the tubes which come with a sleeve. Also on this note-if anyone is having an issue with a buzzing noise at low speed when the AFM engages, this dipstick tube replacement will probably cure this issue as well. I'm assuming that the noise is actually the tube vibrating. The noise sounds like it is coming from the center dash/floor hump area.

 

 

Well now we are having issues getting the tubes,they are on backorder,the sleeves are available with no problems,the thing is if you have a tube that is damaged,and your dealer is out of them,you'll have to wait until they come off backorder.

Got the same letter for my 09 today as well.

I just got this same letter in the mail yesterday on my 2009 I HAD....

We have a '10 Savannah at work that had the check engine light come on the day before we got the letter. Brought it to a local shop but they didn't find anything. We had since sent the invoice to our dealer.

With my '10 Sierra I had the trans tube replaced no problem.
