Put some Silverstars in the Cruze. Got them off of Ebay. I ordered the regular Silverstars, but they sent me Silverstar Ultras.

Do you have to remove the front bumper to replace headlights like on the Malibu?

No sir. Just pop the hood, and it's all right there to access. Now changing the fogs is more involved. I had to take the plastic shield off under the car to access them.

I changed the oil+filter on the wife's Versa this afternoon. And I also threw in a new cabin air filter and was amazed at how bad the old one was. I think it might have even been the original from 2011...

I also checked my trucks cabin air filters and they're in bad shape so I'll be putting new ones in this month when I do the oil change and valve cover gasket. Its a good month for these machines!

Ryan can I get a pic of the battery location for your Camaro? Debating spending savings on a blower later on and the coolant tank is made for a Camaro to go in the battery box.

Saw this Equinox at the local dealer today. 2013 LTZ V6, 25k miles. $21,990. Not fond of this dealership, but I'm contemplating getting rid of the Wife's problem ridden Cruze for it. Not a bad price IMO.

I think the sticker price on our 13 LT2 3.6 AWD was like 28K

Really? If that's the case then it's not that great of a deal. I was thinking I saw them around 32k new. This one is just FWD too.

What don't you like about the Equinox itself? I've read that a lot of people who get the 4cyl wish they'd have gotten the V6 so that's the only engine I would buy one with. IMO it's just too big of a vehicle for a 4cyl engine.

It is very nice and good for a small family. I just dont like the fact its a compact suv, i feel like the exterior body panels are flimsy and made of very thin metal-- you can push in all the panels with your finger, when its cold the windshield pops a lot. The thing appears to be made very cheaply and the inside is all plastic. It looks cheap. It takes quite a while to get the heat going in the winter but im just used to a 2002 suburban z71 , from when gm didnt cut corners. I think you will be very pleased with the equinox i just drive my sub all then drive the equinox and its a big diffrence. If you get the 3.6 be sure to get awd if you live where it snows. You'll need it
