There is no offical ruling that it was drunk driving but it is highly rumored.

Looks like a good 1.  We definitely get our share too.  We had 1 last week on midnights that ended up in a pursuit after the guy hit 1 car then intentionally rammed it after the struck vehicle began to follow him while phoning us.  In regards to the gas meter, the city I live in had a huge fire about 5 years ago at this apartment building when a landscaper hit a gas meter in the lawn and the place went up.
