When I spoke to Rough Country about their 6" lift they told me I could go no larger than 295/60R20 and that was one of the major reasons I chose to go with the BDS 6" as they said I could run a 35/12.5R20.

bds 6" will net you more lift than the rc 6" lift. Go with the bds and don't look back, it costs more, but you get a way more solid lift and better products.

I did go with the BDS 6" and 35's. I was just stating what Rough Country told me

Has any body had any issues with their g80 locker locking up after lifting their truck? I was thinking that it might encounter problems locking with a bigger and heavier tire. But again I am a novice in lifting trucks ( bds 6 in kit with fox shocks in the rear and 35 in toyo at 2 gets installed this Thursday) I simply do not know

Has anyone ran into any issues installing a lift kit after already having a 1.5"-2.5" front leveling kit? I want a lift in the future, but would like to level out the nose dive until then..... unless it would better to hold off and wait for a lift kit?

I had a level kit and now a lift. No issues. However it is a good idea to remove the level kit when you lift

Thanks

Not just the body lift, 4" all together. I have the 2.5" rough country suspension and the 1.5" zone body lift

thats what I'm going to do. I have 2.5 RC level with 305 55 20 with 0 offset rims. I'm rubbing right now at full lock. Do u think I will rub if I add 1.5 body lift? Also what offset do u run?

Just bought my 2015 crew cab short bed. Wanting to go with a 6" suspension lift and 35"s. Planning on BDS. Any input on which brands to use/not use? MOST IMPORTANTLY... can anyone tell me the height of their truck after a 6" lift and 35s?? I need to fit under my 81" garage door and I've seen used ones at all heights imagineable!!! Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Icon vehicle dynamics can custom build their shocks for whatever length you need. I had a custom set of coil overs built for my truck with a 4.5 inch lift. Pm if you want some details

Icon ride too firm for me.

Bilstein 7-9" adjustable struts are the best bang for the buck.

See page 71 post #1054, I've addressed this with my setup. Good luck with your decision.

I'm officially frustrated?. I have done so much research and finally purchased all the items needed to lift my truck. Afterwards I went to my local 4x4 shop to arrange for installation this Wednesday. Then today UPS brought the final pieces needed so I called my local shop to verify appointment for tomorrow and was told, due to workload he regrets to tell me I now must wait till Monday for installation.

I know it's not the end of the world but " I have ants in my pants" if you know what I mean.
