You can do a quick search for the gmt 800 & 900's too for similar testing. It is good to see how far they have come with this. Could not find the exact duplicate testing with verified speeds, so am not going to post links to them.

 

However, for a real world look at a gmt 900 & Focus overlap test. You got to see this.

Does anyone know why in the side impact the moving vehicle's "bombarder" is angled like that?

 

I think it's because it is the most likely scenario for an side impact accident.

I guess that even when a car's going to T-bone another the driver will try to avoid the accident and swerve a little before impact.
