DIC Radio Favorites Not Displaying

Happened to me 2 days ago. I turned truck off and back on and all was good again.

Odd thing was that after you touched a favorite on the radio screen, it would then show up in favorites on dic.

Yep same as me. And you'll probably go a couple months with no issues and then all of a sudden it will do it again. I have no idea how to recreate it. I assume GM is working on a software update that will address this at some point.

Happened to me just this weekend on my 14 Silverado. One thing I noticed as well was that the volume from the steering wheel quit as well. I could press volume up or down and it would show on my DIC, but would not adjust the volume. I tried shutting the truck off and back on and this did not fix it or the favorites. After letting the truck sit for a day, when I started it back up, everything was working again.

This happened to me this morning on my way to work. No favorites and no volumn up. I could turn it down but not up. I turned the truck on and off several times to no avail. I was in my truck for 30 min this morning and had to use the ole finger like old times to change the stations.

Same. Happened once in a couple of months. "Favorites not available" I think it said. I was miffed, but not enough to turn the truck off/on. I just drove to my destination.

I have an IO4 small screen mylink radio, if that matters.

Had the same problem, had the latest update done a few weeks ago and it worked, no problems since.

For everyone experiencing this concern I am happy to assist but need a little bit more information. Is the issue in the actual Driver Information Center or in your MyLink touchscreen?

The favorites bar has disappeared from the bottom of the mylink screen. How do i get it back? 2015 Suburban.
