New to the forum-2014 LTZ Crewcab Z71

Hello to all, I just purchased the above vehicle and have a few questions.

 

Included in my purchase was a chrome grill, wasn't a fan of the z71 grill, spray in liner and them bada$$ wheels. That being said, I would like to somehow put a Z71 emblem on the grill. Any and all ideas are welcome.

 

I would like my truck to have an attitude, so I've been looking at catback systems. I see Flowmaster and Magnaflow have them. Just curious what others have done and looking for suggestions with a sound bite.

 

Below is a Pic of the truck the day after I purchased it, I've since had the bedliner sprayed, added a chevy bed cover, and had the grill swapped. The wheels on it were included at no additional cost. I paid 43K for her and she's loaded with every option except remote tailgate lock, I'm pleased. I'll attempt to upload more pics of the additions later today.

Won Hunglo (ROFLMA) I haven't really had it open, If its anything like my wifes 2013 2LZ malibu, it will be noisey.

E Chavez- The wheels were on the truck, I told them to take em off, I wasn't paying for them. I'm sure they had room, but in my mind, they were thrown in with the deal.

looks good. Look at corsa for cat back sys, they sound the best imo, there is the corsa branded or the db branded, db are a little cheaper because of the metal they use, but its the same muffler. From what everyone has said it is the one that will not have drone when your truck switches to 4cyl mode.

Any aftermarket exhaust will sound bad with AFM. I have a super 40 flowmaster on mine and it sounds great in 8 cylinder. If you want aftermarket exhaust look into the range device.

I wonder how one could get that insert if they wanted. It looks great! I know the entire grille assembly with the insert is around $500, but I would imagine the insert itself would be maybe half that?
