What will E85 do for a 2013 6.2?

Interesting!

CDFiXER: E85 wouldn't void the warranty alone. Only if you tune the truck would that happen but perhaps not from what Mike says if you go with Blackbear.

Yep, I know that, just wanted to make sure 1)GM did not do something weird like make a 6.2 NOT compatible with E85 (black gas cap anyone?) 2)The poster meant the warranty issue might be with the tune. MikeNH took it from there and filled in all the good stuff...much better than I could.

The 6.2 is recommended to run 93 or E85, which they all have yellow caps

I have only had the opportunity to run E85 a handful of times and cannot tell a difference on a stock tune from 91.

I run E85, increased power, lower MPGs.

Just curious, where do you purchase the E85, that is what service station carries it?

In Michigan I've seen it at Speedway, Meijer, Mobil, Marathon and maybe some I forget.
