I really love the Corsa Tips wonder if those come in a aftermarket brand to go along with my BORLA PROXS MF i just ordered. Can anyone recommend me a good muffler shop around Dallas Texas (Preferrably near Forney) that wont rip me a new one and will do good work. Too many to choose over here and people see this truck and assume im a rich boy.

You used to be able to order only the tips in different configurations from Corsa. If it's the same diameter tubing on both systems (stock diameter) you can probably add the Corsa tips. I'm sure they're not cheap, but you can probably do it. I agree, the Corsa tips are the best looking in the game.

Do you know about Kinney's muffler shop, its about 45 miles from you. They are very popular and from what I have seen do great work.

Go to this page and click on videos, there are several 2014's.

Thanks for the input 14LTZZ71 i'll remember them once i get my Impala SS finished, I got my borla put in yesterday and i got to say with the stock resonators and cats it really quiets down any muffler you put into it and the borla is a 14x9 muffler! I thought may be these guys wanted their trucks super loud when first reading this thread but its true its too quiet with the stock resonators and extra cat. I will be removing the extra cat but if it still to quiet ill be removing the last resonator over the weekend.

Found the corsa look alike tip what do you guys think?

Its from Different Trend which is where my muffler guy told me go to for the tip. http://www.dtexhaust.com/product_info.php?cPath=2_19&products_id=713&osCsid=l7mmvrokp20osg8rkcbu6nbri5

Well after calling a few shops around tound and since i couldnt order from DTEXHAUST (their a wholesaler). I ended up settling for a simple doublewalled 3"angled tip. I wish i would of saw this before..oh well it aint permanent until i get tired of it ill order this tip. Love how the borla sounds without the flapper and resonator.

Definitely a very strong candidate for truck exhaust of the year. Wow, that sounds tough!!

Anyone have a photo of the GM/Borla exhaust that are split rear exit on their truck? Also a sound clip would also be helpful.Called Borla and they said this is the touring version.I have a sport version on my 2008 and really like the sound.Just wondering if this 2014 system will be loud enough on a 2014 reg cab. Thanks

After reading the posts, does anyone know if a 2013 system(cat back) will work on a 2014?reg cab? Some of the posts suggest that they have used earlier model Borlla/gm exhausts on the 2014 trucks.i would be interested in a 2013 exhaust from Borla on a 2014 reg cab if it would fit without the AFM flap.Any info would be of great help. Thanks

When you get a cat-back exhaust it does away with the flapper valve.

thank you for your reply.I should have worded the question better.I know the cat back Borla does not have the flapper valve. That is the reason I am interested in that system.I have read earlier posts of people using 2013 or earlier borla catback systems on 2014 models. Also know gm/borla uses the flap valve.Question!!!,Can or will a 2013 Borla catback fit on a 2014 without any mods. This is for a reg cab only.thanks

Has anyone with a 2014 5.3 and the Corsa towed with it yet?

Just wondering how loud it is with the extra load. I don't mind it getting loud on steeper grades, I just don't want it rattling the cab on every overpass.
