They have some that have offset. Here are some at link below.

This is probably the right one with slit to slip on. Looks like itd be a little short though so need some extra pipe.

Well crap. Now do I buy that and see if I like it better than the flowmaster.

You can just buy one of these to get it to work.

Haha let me know if you try it before I get to it. Figured there was a slip fit piece out there like that, but that is mild steel. Would want stainless like the rest.

Doesn't matter here in MN, they all rust[emoji14]

My Dynomax has rust on the pipes.

Ok so from what I've heard the third cat can be cut out and not effect anything BUT will it still pass emissions and not void warranty, these are the only two things that worry me when the time comes when I want to do an exhaust

The 3rd cat was just to make them all Cali legal so a Cali resident couldn't just buy one out of state. It will pass emissions without it unless you're in Cali. As for Warranty, it depends on how the dealer wants to be. I thought about removing mine, but I've read on here that removing it doesn't effect sound so I'm not going to worry about it. When I had my exhaust done I just had them take everything from the muffler on back out and then do what I wanted done.

I just took off my 3.5 in/3.5 out 22" Magnaflow and put on a 14" 3.5 in/3.5 out. I deleted the resonator sometime back. I love the new sound and in cab noise is minimal. I may change my mind once the new muffler breaks in, may have to add the resonator back, but I doubt it it. Talked to my muffler shop and we are going to order some 3.5" 90* and 45* and make a 3.5 tailpipe, instead of the 3".

'Just ordered the Flowmaster Force Two cat-back system (#817666). Believe it or not, available at Walmart. 10% Associate discount sealed the deal with free store pickup in a week. I plan to have it installed/welded with the exits behind the wheels.

I figured if Amazon has it, worth checking. Same item, but from walmart.com. I get 10% off.

True but i mean Amazon has a LOT of crap so that's not always true. But in your case it turned for the best!! Free shipping and 10% off hell i would have done it as well.... Just not on a fartmaster.

Has anyone found a good part number for just the exhaust tail pipe in 3" stainless mandrel bent (behind muffler)? Only one I have had luck with any hits is for Dynomax and the part number (54704) is on back order for months, but I'm sure they just don't want to sell the individual pieces. Might have to fall back on picking up the whole Dynomax kit to run the Magnaflow 11229 (14" long 3" SI/SO). Really would like to run stainless mandrel bent tubing versus the aluminized "crush bent" specially when it is pretty much the same price.

...Anyone want to buy a brand new Dynomax muffler? :driving:

Side note, but the Dynomax mid pipe is available in stock to buy by individual part number (55608)

Isn't there a Corsa piece like this in the FS section? Might be 3.5" though.

I'm thinking of taking my Dynomax Catback (with Flowmaster muffler) off and putting something else on.

GM Borla will be installed Tuesday. Know it's tame for many, but I'm not looking to announce coming and going early hours to my neighbors, or lose V4 functionality, but I do want to hear some growl from the truck. Hoping it will be the compromise I'm looking for. I'll try to post a sound clip after...the void of clips/videos out there for this system is surprising.

Have you had a chance to get some clips of your exhaust? I'd love to hear some decent clips of the GM-Borla on a 6.2L.

I got the Dynomax pipes but it took me two months from when I ordered them until I had them both. I ordered the intermediate pipe from Summit and found the tailpipe on eBay. Also, I put an 18" Magnaflow on mine and I wouldn't go any shorter without the Dynomax extension pipe (51075) because you won't have enough pipe to clamp onto. Edited by je1279
