I'm not a fan of running boards but they can make it a lot easier to get in the truck, especially with a level and larger tires. I actually like the look of the RB10's but how do you like them in use? They're so close to the height of the truck do they make it easier to get in and out or do they just get in the way?

RB10's on my truck have been great we do get a lot of snow and i wanted something to protect the paint on my truck from all the salt and sand. My only complaint so far is when the snow builds up on them they will rattle against the body of the truck. much easier to get in my truck with them. I have a Rouch Country 2.5 inch kit on mine.

Put my RB10's on this weekend. They're big, and stick out a lot on my leveled Z71. They look good, but I'll have to decide if I can stand banging my leg on them. My wife on the other hand loves them.

Both getting in and out... I'm 6'2" and don't need them. I bought them from a guy here selling them used for $375. I will take new pictures soon, I'm running the following LED's on the front:

Putco Nite-Lux low beam LED's

LEDIN 2x CREE XR-E LED fogs

SHANREN 42" Curved 240W LED Light Bar

I'm not sure, either I'm not used to using them, or they stick out too far. I have only had them on since Saturday.

I am a little of 6' tall and have always hated steps but I got the RB10's cuz my lady is shorter and I wanted to save my seats. If I did not have the driver assist handle installed I could see how I would bang my knee getting in and out. I make sure to alwasy place my foot on the step then grab the handle lol. I have not yet had a problem with them on about a month now. Did you guys install a drivers assist handle?

There's a thread I posted to a while back, but basically, I removed the grill, and mounted it through the standoffs at the bottom of the grill.

Guys can anyone shed some light on the required torque when mounting to a rocker panel?

I've got a pair of Westin ovals I'm looking to slap on and manufacturer is claiming 15-20 ft/lbs torque on the upper nuts.... I am curious if anyone actually reached that number? Seems a bit high to me???? no?? I'm working with a freshly calibrated torque wrench so i'm confident in my numbers when the time comes.

Just don't want to go to tight....
