Nope. I'm sure the guy doing the tunes knows what he's doing, but without someone else taking the plunge first I'd be cautious.

I got mine just before christmas and bought a custom tune. I love it. When I first got it I ran the 91-93 tune which is the "Diablo Tune" and it made a nice difference. I held off on getting the custom until I installed my headers and exhaust. After that, I drove about 200 or so miles and sent my recording logs to Lew around 11am one day and I had the new tune in my email in less than an hour. Once I installed it, I took her out for a spin and the difference was just as noticable as when I installed the canned tune. I need to send another one back to him for the latest tweaks to the program. Great service and a damn good upgrade for the money. I highly recommend it. I even get a little better mileage as long as I drive normal. Since the pipes and tune it's been a little hard to stay off the pedal. I requested that he tune the shift points a little different from the 1-2 shift and it's a lot more fun to drive. Also turned off the AFM which is labeled DOD in the tuner.

Lew, who is doing what you are, but doing it for those of us that are using primarily E85? I heard there was a guy in the Dakotas that was doing what you are, but catering to the E85 crowd. Thanks in advance!

Had his Diablew tune on my 07 5.3. Good guy and quick with responses and questions. Truck ran like a champ no KR, good AFR and good mileage. At that time they couldn't tune the transmissions so no comment on that aspect. Was very happy with it. Will probably go back to him when time comes for the tune in this one.
