I order a new set of fiberglass front fenders for my 2014 Silverado. Ended up going with FiberWerx 3" front fenders as they seem to have the best fit and finish. Should have those hear early next and installed by early spring.

Possibly! My budget is really tight for right now so the my current goal is fixing the hail damage and spraying the truck in Line-X. But I'm not going to lie, I have been looking at the Muzulla mid travel suspension kit for 4WD. Only "problem" is I already have a lift kit and I don't know if you can really combine the two. I'm going to have to consult with some experts down the road but if I can combine my BDS lift kit with a mid travel kit....it's on lol. I would however have to send the Fox shocks back to them so they could be adjusted for longer travel. If I did that then I would also upgrade the shocks and reservoir to the DSC adjustor setup.

Thanks! I am really excited about these fenders they should look great once installed and my trucks sprayed in Line-X. I will say I was very impressed with FiberWerx's customer service. I have called them several times with general questions about their products and each time they full explained everything in great detail. Then when I ordered yesterday I received free shipping, a free t-shirt and they are shipping the fenders out today!

Thanks Mike, I'll be sure to keep everyone posted. I'll also be editing the first post on my build thread to bring it up to speed and then update from there as well.

I have been looking at getting a bds kit. With those fenders will you be able to run 37" tires?

WHY doesnt fiberwerx make 14 and up gmc fenders yet?

And it does look like a lift kit can be combined. McGaughys did on the 2007-2013 trucks with their 7" lift and long travel kit. But that is all I know. The owner of a local offroad shop who actually owns a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 pre-runner is calling me next monday. He promptly emailed me back but said there was too much to explain lol. Check out the link below for an example.

Oh, thats not a picture of my truck. That is just an example of a Silverado with the new fenders installed. That truck also has the 3" rear bedsides on it.

The RB10 running boards are absolutely awesome! The build quality, fit and finish are top notch and worth every penny. I've had mine on now for over 6 months and thousands of miles and not a single chip in the finish.

As far as the Line-X cost is concerned, it'll be a couple thousand dollars. But the benefit for me is it will hide any hints of hail damage after I do some body work. And it'll last a lifetime and look awesome.

Got this done today for a steal...a family friend sprayed my and my dad's trucks for $600 total. The brand he uses is called "Xtreme Liner" I think.

I plan on it at some point. Just trying to figure out the order in which I want to purchase mods. As always, one mod starts a domino effect.
