In OK at least, not all handicapped drivers are slow, but basically all the slow driver's are handicapped. Its bizarre. You folks in other states, take note over the next few days and report back.

Both cars were wrecked. The car pulling was pretty sketchy the hitch was attached to a destroyed rear bumper a trans is their least worry
