SarahsGMC Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 I'm entitled to my own opinion sent from my truck in a field
Chris Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Wtf is this Ryan There is a dually like that here. All I know is it is just a GMT400 and looks hideous
LongrangeLauber Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 The fire vid from before the recall was a faulty stereo install. But the news loves a story regardless of facts. Just look at the missing plane story. The 14 is probably the same as mine on the dunes. The DIC would flash each tire was low and when I was in 4 low it flashed stabilitrac was off. It all cleared with one push of the DIC controls acknowledge button and didn't come back until restart. I know your anti-new stuff but you act like the new trucks are unusable which is absurd. As for bumps- they hurt, same as any other truck. I was just basing it off the email I got from the forum last week Sent while drinkin' a cold one...
LongrangeLauber Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 It's still annoying and ridiculous I'm not saying they're unusable I'm saying adding all this nonsense is just a reason to jack the price way up. For example ethans mom liked the "mood lighting" feature that came on a jeep she liked. It's a 600 dollar option that I can do for her for 1.00. It's absolutely absurd the things being crammed into newer vehicles. I don't need a car to parallel park itself or steer for me while going down the road. sent from my truck in a field Some stuff on new vehicles are required by law nowadays. I believe like traction control is and I'm sure some other stuff Sent while drinkin' a cold one...
SarahsGMC Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 My plan is to get this paid off and where I want it and get a 78-87 year range chevy and completely rebuild it. Im just not into new stuff. Call me crazy. sent from my truck in a field

LongrangeLauber Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Saw the same thing when I was sitting on the plane on the tarmac yesterday. I believe it was one of the luggage cart haulers, except it was an old F600 with an alligator hood. Hate to work on that thing...
j-ten-ner Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 At Victoria International Airport you can see cars like that: ( http://www3.telus.net/toronado/UTPlanePuller1.jpg ) I don't have a pic but they look pretty much the same. so long j-ten-ner

SnakeEyeSS Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 When owning a Ford doesn't suck enough. To those who don't live south of Kansas, this type of thing is a daily sight around here. Its.... Uh... "Cultural"
