Me too. I just take the Z/28 and put the supercharger on myself.

Heck...when you look at the price, you could almost just get a V-6 2010......stick your own LSA drivetrain in it and put all the goodies on for half the cost.

Sure, it wouldn't be a "true" Z-28.....but if its a track car, who cares.

They are very expensive. Paying 75g for a Z/28 is crazy but they are fast I give them that. Its just race car for 75. I just buy a used Corvette.

pretty sure gm didn't go with supercharging to keep the extra weight off the front end.

So how much do you think it will effect the performance? Especially on a track, where the Z was born

Well I'm going say that handling is going be quite different than the stock z/28 just considering that callaway isn't touching the suspension at all, but the boost is power is definitely significant. With the boost in power that will most likely overcome any short comings that the handling may experience as a consequence of the added weight over the front end. Overall I'm gonna guess it will be faster but perhaps not as much as expected when looking at the power difference.

Didnt the ss use to be a nicer car over the z28? They can keep the carbon rotors, that is way to expensive for the street.

It's not meant to be an everyday street car. It's a track car like the real z/28s were made for
