Mine just turned over 900 miles today and I've loved putting every one of those miles on it!! Not one problem whatsoever. This is definitely the best truck that I've ever owned going back to my first new truck...a 1976 Silverado. The next ones were: 1977, 1981, 1985, 1991, 1999, 2002, and 2007, all Silverados. This one blows them ALL away!!

Silverado, LTZ, crew cab, std bed, 6.2L, 2WD, Max tow. I have had this vehicle for 3 months now, 3000 miles. I have had 2 minor issues....first was a problem with the collision alert/avoidance system. Required a software update and works perfectly now. 2nd was a rattle in the headliner. Dealer found the sunroof track was loose, fixed in in a couple of hours, and no problems since.

 

My HD and XM radios work perfectly. I can receive Houston FM stations as far as almost 100 miles with no problems. Lights around the control knobs work. No vibrations, no loose seats, no xmsn issues. Mileage consistently 18-19 combined. I love the power, love the ride, and probably the quietest vehicle I have owned. It was alot of money, $52K+ MSRP, but absolutely worth it. I know there are guys that are having various problems, but, just want to point out that the Silverado is, overall, and awesome vehicle.

I notice you like the ride with the Max tow. When driving without any load, do you think that it has a stiffer ride than it would have without the Max tow ?

That is not a sun glass holder. that is a compartment to store your Xanax , heart meds, and Rolaids. Your going to need them. REALLY vasoline, business cards as shims and tooth pics. What is wrong with this picture?. We need each others help to get GM to step up. After all they are the ones selling this as a luxury interior.

5000 miles on mine towed my enclosed bike trailer to Daytona bike week and back no problems. no it doesn't tow like a duramax but far and away best gas powered truck ive had

Test drove a vehicle without the Max Tow and had a loaner for one day that did not have max tow. Honestly, I didnt notice any difference in the ride.

It's just the shocks. Takes 15 min to change them. A set of new z71 rancho take offs on ebay are 60shipped

I think it rides very well! I love a bit firmer ride anyways.
