I just bought new wheels and tires for my 14 silverado i was wondering what everyone is doing about the tpm sensors? Are you guys buying new ones or swapping out the factory ones? I wanted to keep the factory ones in my original wheels but hate the expense of buying new ones. I found some that are relatively cheap but not sure how they would work. Thanks

A guy locally to me sells a set of new sensors for $60 so I always just buy new ones and any NTB or Discount Tire will reprogram them for free..way easier than trying to break down and remount your stockers

Do you buy aftermarket or OEM sensors? I was looking at some on ebay that are a lot cheaper than OEM but wasn't sure if they would work. I've never had a truck with sensors before, so I am new to them and how they work.

Amp research. I had them installed at the dealer when I bought it. They gave me credit for the stock steps. I like them because they half way hide the DEF tank.

any one running 285/60s on stock 20s?

to answer this 285/60r20 rub with a 2" level. i trimmed out the fender liner about 4"x4" in the back inside corner and now I'm clear. I got it to rub at full lock coming into a ramped parking lot relativly quick but it was very minor on one side only. G good enough for me!

I was aware that the amp boards tucked further under the cab.

I have the AMP steps on my Sierra (posted a few posts up) as well.
