Well ... I've got nothing good for you. It's a royal pain in the ass. Lots of bolts way down on the bottom of the evap case, with the engine perfectly positioned right where you need to be. Fender has to come off too.

These pics will probably describe it better than I can .... and I hope they help ... because I just did a 1/4 mile sprint with bald faced hornets on my ass! I didn't notice the nest I was standing on until they were bouncing off my head! Thank God for my spikey hair ...

Ive done numerous ones. 6+ hour job for me. Its very time consuming. Entire dash comes out. Right front inner fender well comes out. If you have time and patience youll be ok.

Don't stop at just the evaporator, change out the receiver/dryer(some call it accumulator), and the fixed orifice tube.

Has the a/c been empty for a long time? If so, you may want to put enough refrigerant in it to get the compressor to cycle a few times. Listen for any noises, clutch engagement, and after shutting engine off, check for leaks paying attention around the compressor. Common to have the front seal start leaking after not running for long periods of time.

He has changed just about everything else already as stated above. The compressor was also cycled the other day

Sorry, must have missed it, and I still don't see it. The entire post you made was this:

Normally you leave receiver dryer to the end. Installing it, then driving around for a few days with just atmosphere inside the unit will attempt to absorb any and all moisture it can.
