These pics are a little better. Maybe some Vette weather this weekend. Saturday may hit the 60's.

It's been miserable the last month!

I don't know if Pfadt is making headers anymore. They stopped making them for the Corvette a couple years ago because of financial issues within the company. They weren't selling enough headers to make a decent profit. Could be they're still making them, just not for Corvettes.

I'm planning headers soon. Most likely Kooks or American Racing.

They actually were bought by another company I will post a link shortly. They are currently making corvette headers with Camaros to follow in 30 days (just got an email from them)

Hey Ryan, that's some good news. I always thought Pfadt made the best quality headers even if they were pricey. Get what you pay for. I'm very interested in a link if you can find one. Thank!

EDIT... Just saw your link... thanks.

Wow, glad to see they're making the Vette headers again! About $1k higher than Kooks, but they are really high quality and high tech. Everyone on Corvette Forum who owns a set says they're the best headers made.

Thanks.....

Drove it. People don't see many old cars driving around this time of year, got a lot of rubber neckers. Stopped some morning dog walkers in their tracks.

That was fun.

On the way home a GMT900 was going about 30 over to catch up so he could check it out.

Best way to counteract a desire to replace it is to drive it. Its still a ridiculous car though.....

Really losing any desire for a LS drive train in the future....getting to be so many old cars with new motors its getting Cliche.

Yeah all those cars with LS motors are lame. It's getting too crazy with all these cars with motors that don't leak oil and start when you hit the key. :jester:

I never said they were lame, just common. There was a 1st gen locally that had finished the swap to a LQ and needed the bodywork finished and they guy was only asking 5 or 6k. It was for sale for quite a while. Not even commanding a premium unless its a completely finished car.

Leno has even been commenting on it recently.
